There are two African masks (one feminine and one masculine ) showing Black symbol (Black Power) as a unified group. In other words, united as we stand, divided we fall no matter what gender we are! The female is signing "Culturally Black" and the male is holding the fist up . That fist is symbol of power that is universal and known in many parts of the world.
