Losing My Poppies

Abstract

Poppies can be found in Southern California, where I grew up, and a place I once consider home. Home is a feeling I still don't quite understand. I try to rekindle that feeling of home and when I do, I think of poppies however, lately, the feeling is become less familiar - almost as if it's fleeting. In a way, I am trying to hold onto it.
