Mi hermana, Fancy when she went through chemotherapy. Not long after, her life turned into sacred altar that I built to keep her close to my heart. I miss your crazy ass, Fancy!

[ID: A handmade altar dedicated to the person whose face is at the center that is decorated with Dia de los Muertos colors and designs. Upper half of the face is adorned with shiny jewels. The surroundings of the altar are decorated with flowers that range from colors of orange, purple, pink, green, yellow, white, red and black. There are several decorations at the bottom portion of butterflies, skulls, skeleton hands and a pin of the person the altar is dedicated to. The person has black hair, smiling, and has large hoop earrings. The border of the altar has an eloquent design in black with a rosary hanging on the top left-hand corner. At the very bottom is the name of the artist “Blanca Altamirano, @ily_LA12x”. At the bottom left-hand corner is the artist’s logo in slightly transparent form with a combination of the American Sign Language I-love-you handshape and the Los Angeles hand symbol.]
