At the center are numerous police officers in the middle of the street in black riot gear and carrying weapons. Behind the police line, at the background, is a lone police vehicle with its headlights on and smoke filling the air. Outdoor lighted signs of establishments on both sides of the street are barely visible as well as the buildings. Several crowds gather in parts of the curb. Street lamp posts shine through the smoke as well as the red traffic lights. The green street sign that hangs near the traffic light reads in white font “19th Street.” The street is littered with blue and black trash bins and debris. At the far left of the image is a tree. The far right of the image also has a tree and a stationary black car with red tail lights.
