Transformation

Transformation is a metaphor in a painting which is digitally inspired by my original painting. It is a source of my deep subconscious. This was my grieving process from three deaths within a year. I am forever changed, but that does not have to be a bad thing. As I rebuild my life, and accept my new normal. I have discover aspects of myself that I did not know that had in me.

The moon phrases blended with purple and light purple, the skeleton of ribs with a cat eye on the top of the ribs, a red melted clock which is inspired by Dali's works, on the left ribs has different kind of plants: sage, fern and lavender. They are represents my healing process. The tree roots on the below of the ribs cage, the birds flew out of the ribs, the white dots over the image, the outline of crystal with a snake inside.
