Once Upon A Time We Were Called....
Four abstract face images are in the painting with the golden hand signing. Each hand shows a sign "negro" (from upper left), "nigger" (upper right), "colored" (lower left) and "black"(lower right). There is an African Mask in color of brown, gold and white in the center of the canvas. It has three signs on showing in gold. The signs are "Black, Lives, and Matter. There is one sign in white, "Deaf" (seem to be erased from the canvas). The background has abstract patterns (similar to Cubism).

Ostracizism
The face on the left side of the canvas has the golden opened hand up showing that the person is stopped from entering the black culture. The face on the right side of the canvas has the bronze opened hand up showing that the person is banned from becoming a part of deaf culture because of its skin color.The person in the middle has its hand side by side as if he/she try to find his/her sense of belonging and not feel welcome. The painting is in gold, bronze and black. Its style is similar to cubism.

A mask in center with one side with one color and the other side with contrast color. The image is exact mirroring each other. The hand sign is Black and Deaf, one on each side, it reveals who that person is. It has African influence with geometry shapes.

Ostracizism
The mask was in the center of the canvas with the abstract weaving of Afrocentric braid on top of the head and banded up. Each side of the canvas shows the abstract face of a person who has their hand up as if he/she is not welcoming the masked person. Right side has its hand signing Deaf. The left side has its hand signing " Black". The masked person has its hands up side by side, trying to find its own identity.
