Jenny Geller

I am an artist in many different ways. Not only as a painter, but I see art through my family and friends, my deaf and hard-of-hearing clients, and my two darling cats, Seven and Foxy. I paint to express myself. My paintings represent my life and continue to evolve to where and who I am now. I love art because it gives me the opportunity to see the world through other artists’ eyes. Through my artwork and my Deaf Eared-Loud Hands, I make my dreams into reality. I love colors, abstract images of faces and bodies and all kinds of cubic and organic shapes. My works are influenced by Picasso, Matisse and Van Gogh. Growing up, my family gave me the strength to get through the hard times and the confidence to face the challenges. My family is the best art teacher, and I would not trade that for the world.
