              <text>The sketch is one of Bruce’s earliest works of art- his creativity and thirst for knowledge of theatre started in his attic.  The drawing includes a hidden symbol, unconsciously reflecting his gay identity—an expansion on “coming out of the closet” and “skeleton in the closet” concepts.  The sketch shows an attic full of life and memorabilia symbolizing a traditional life, and the viewer will be shocked to see a hanging skeleton amidst the usual attic items. </text>
